Usage:

Mainly used for measuring the flow of liquids in circular pipes, widely applied in industries such as metallurgy, power, thermal energy, chemical engineering, tap water, pharmaceuticals, and railways. It is suitable for measuring the flow of homogeneous fluids like water, river water, seawater, petroleum, and chemical liquids.

Characteristics:

  Adopts ceramic sensors bonded with metal alloys, featuring high strength, resistance to solid particle abrasion, corrosion resistance, and anti-fouling properties (similar to non-stick pan technology). It can withstand measuring temperatures up to 160°C, with a calculated service life of up to 30 years due to firm bonding.
• Accurate and stable measurement
  Based on the velocity difference method, using technologies such as digital transmission, digital reception, and digital analysis. It also has an automatic zero-point correction function to overcome zero drift caused by factors like temperature and installation errors, adapting to harsh industrial field environments for reliable measurement.
• Low power consumption
  The entire device adopts low-power hardware and software design, with the power consumption of large-diameter flow measurement less than 0.3W.
• Powerful functions
  Equipped with excellent metering and management capabilities, allowing query of the meter's operation status over the past decade (including average flow, cumulative flow, power-on/off records, etc.) at any time. It can also achieve heat (cold) quantity measurement and input signals such as temperature, pressure, and liquid level.
• Convenient operation
  Provides Chinese and English operation interfaces for intuitive and user-friendly operation. Multiple installation methods are offered, including pipeline type, insertion type, and external clamping type. The external clamping type only requires attaching the sensor to the outer side of the pipeline for measurement, making installation extremely convenient. The portable version is suitable for mobile measurement.
